A newly built boutique hotel featuring one of the best views in the resort, this 38-room hotel offers fabulous style and comfort. The 4-storey building overlooks the hotel's outdoor pool and, beyond that, the Aegean Sea. It has a great vantage point for watching the many cruise ships which sail in and out of the resort's port throughout the summer.

The hotel's facilities include an attractive restaurant decorated in white with French regency-style furniture with patio doors leading onto the terrace. The hotel's bar serves some of the best mojitos in town. In addition to a lobby area with 24-hour reception and check-out services, further facilities available to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a hotel safe, currency exchange desk, cloakroom, lift access and a cafe, as well as a hairdressing salon, pub and a TV lounge. Business guests can take advantage of the hotel's conference facilities and WLAN Internet access, and room and laundry services are provided (the latter service for a fee). Furthermore, there is a cellar for storing bikes and a bike hire service (charges apply). Guests arriving by car may leave their vehicles in the hotel car park or garage.The hotel has an excellent location with superb views over the Aegean Sea and a fabulous coastline walk into the resort centre which passes Kusadasi's popular port.

The centre of the resort town of Kusadasi with its restaurants and shopping venues is some 500 m from the hotel. Various bars, pubs and nightspots are to be found about a 10-minute walk away. Public transport passes in front of the hotel with links to the ladies beach approximately 1.7 km away, though there is a small bay across the road from the hotel with a pebbly beach and a couple of beach clubs and small beachside restaurants as well. Adnan Menderes Airport and Milas Airport are approximately 65 and 128 km from the establishment respectively.

The rooms are stylishly furnished and each comes with a balcony, satellite TV, minibar (extra fee) and individually regulated air conditioning and heating units. In addition to a private bathroom with a bathtub, shower and a hairdryer, further in-room amenities include a direct dial telephone, Internet access, tea and coffee making facilities and a double or king-size bed. A safety deposit box is on hand for guests' valuables.
