The club resort consists of 3 accommodation blocks containing 153 guest rooms, all in an elevated position with spectacular views over the Mediterranean.

Built in 2000, the hotel offers modern accommodation and a range of facilities including a meeting room, shops, a hairdressing salon, a choice of bars, a main restaurant and an e la carte restaurant, a children's playground and a kids' club. Guests are welcomed to the air-conditioned hotel in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and a cloakroom. Further facilities include an auditorium, TV lounge, disco and a car park. Wireless Internet access, room service and a laundry service are also offered for additional fees.

The hotel is located on a cliff top, approximately 400 metres from Incekum Beach. Restaurants, bars and shops are just a few minutes' walk from the hotel and public transport is available from the main road with links to nearby towns, including the popular resort of Alanya which is approximately 23 km away. Alanya Castle, Damlatas Caves and Manavgat Waterfalls are all around 50 minutes away on public transport, while Antalya airport is approximately 110 km from the hotel.

The modern rooms are equipped with an en suite bathroom with a bathtub, shower and hairdryer, a double bed and a private balcony or terrace. Other in-room amenities include air conditioning, a minibar (extra fee), satellite TV, a hire safe, direct dial telephone and Internet access.The hotel has 2 outdoor swimming pools, one with a waterslide, a children's swimming area, poolside snack bar and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out for use. Guests may also join in an aqua fit (fees apply) or aerobics session, work out in the gym, or relax in the sauna (fees apply) or hammam. Massages and spa treatments are offered for an extra fee. In addition, there are lighter sporting facilities available and guests may join in the entertainment programmes the hotel puts on for both adults and children.

Sun loungers and parasols can be hired for a fee on the lovely Incekum Beach and water sports are available from a private operator (for a fee). These include waterskiing, jet skiing, motor boating and banana boating. Tennis (fees apply), table tennis, pool/snooker (fees apply), volleyball and beach volleyball complete the sport and leisure activities offered at the hotel.
