Food and Drink

Our Gulet cruises are Full Board which means that your three main meals are included.

Breakfast

Breakfast will usually be served in the traditional Turkish breakfast style. The Turkish breakfast cosists of eggs, bread, butter, jam, honey, tomato, cucumber, white cheese (similar to Feta), yellow cheese (a cross between cheddar and mozzarella), olives and salami.

Lunch

Lunch on a Gulet cruise is usually served in meze style. These are light traditional dishes that are usually served with rice, chips or salad and bread. They offer a fabulous insight in the the tradional Turkish cuisine and are not too heavy for the stomach allowing the afternoons activities such as swimming to remain comfortable.

Evening Meal

The evening meal will centre around meat and fish dishes. Salads, pastas and mezes may also be served. The main meal will usually be followed by fresh fruit as desert.

Drinks

Some teas, coffees and water will be served with meals and all other drinks can be purchased from the on-board bar. The captain will familiarise you with the price list at the beginning of your cruise but an example price list is available by clicking on the following link:
