The hotel only had 36rooms,good-sized, all overlooking the pool, and had air con, which was free, mini-fridge, also free, and the location was superb, right on the pedestrians prom, staff at the hotel were all very helpful, the food was good. Not a great deal of choice regarding main courses, but that wasn’t a problem, as the prom was packed full of brilliant restaurants catering for every taste possible. I would have to say Calis is a bit on the quiet side for anyone wishing a more ‘up-beat’ holiday, there is not a lot to do regarding bars/discos, and there are not too many shops either......but, Fethiye is only 15mins by Dolmus, or 25mins by water taxi and has all the shops/bars etc that you want, Calis is a sun worshippers paradise, the location, the cool afternoon breezes, the people etc, it’s a nice place for a totally ‘chilling out’holday, I would go back again, and long before it becomes like all the other over-developed resorts
